I've been noticing a handful of artists that are influenced and able to work similarly to Richard Ramirez in the sense that they are very active and have a wide range of ideas to channel into various projects. I am a fan of this approach when it is done well, as I love variety and am a big believer that quantity does not always mean lack of quality (though often times that is the case, sometimes certain people can just make a lot of good shit in a short period of time).

Dwayne is someone who is a good example of this, having several great projects that stay in their lane and maintain a focus on a specific aesthetic...whether it's traditional Harsh Noise, HNW, minimal wall or ambient music.

Vessel of Flesh is his main solo project, and one of the more fluid ones in terms of exploring both traditional Harsh Noise and more strict Harsh Noise Wall (sometimes both).

Since he has other projects I want to release that are more harnessed in pure HNW I asked him to do a Vessel of Flesh tape of just violent spontaneous one-take HN with constant movement and it totally delivers exactly what I wanted...a half hour of relentless controlled chaos chalk full of crunch, feedback, flailing limbs and knob fuckery.
